I got a new iPhone 11 last week and switched over from AT&T to join my husbands plan. Ever since I have not been able to receive verification SMS/calls or OTPs. I had my dad check that I was removed from the old AT&T plan. I'm also not receiving some of the text messages that I should be - my husband and I are in the same group texts and they don't all come through on my phone. How do I fix this?
