Who I have the same questioned this topic

here recently my cell reception has gotten worse. When I'm at home it will show 2 bars 4g lte but say I have no internet connection. Use to never have this problem. Also when I video chat with my husband all he sees is a green screen when I am at home. What has changed that has caused me to not have as good of reception as I use to
