Who I have the same questioned this topic

My internet speed test show me that up to 1mgps, usually 1bar, only sometimes 2.This extremely low, needs to be fixed. I came to Verizon from MetroPCS for better speed and service, but got only negative. Sometimes no internet connection at all! Please help me with this issue!!
