Who I have the same questioned this topic

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro. I was asked in store if I wanted Verizon protect. I said no. I thought about that today and went to my account to check. Of course the $17 dollar charge for Verizon protect is on my bill. My second line I saw also has a monthly charge of $15 for Total Mobile Protection. I never agreed to any of these chargers. Its like Verizon wants to lose customers. Looks like I will be looking at my options with other cell phone companies this week.
