Hoping for some help... I transferred iPhone X from Sprint to Verizon. After unlocking/porting/etc and new SIM, the service was fine, except the device will no longer receive any SMS texts from Android users.
I reset settings, bunch of stuff, nothing helped. Traded in device for new iPhone 11, totally new SIM, etc. Same issue, still cannot receive any SMS texts.
At my wits end. I've logged in and out of iMessage, reset network settings, done everything in the Verizon troubleshooting guide, and nothing helps.
