Who I have the same questioned this topic

What is the problem? I just purchased the new iPhone thinking it would correct the issue but I still can’t send or receive photos from non-iPhone users. My daughter just upgraded her too and she has absolutely had no problems with her old phone out her new phone. Yes, I’ve done all the stupid troubleshooting recommended by Verizon and Apple... what now? It’s really a shame as much as service and phones cost.
