Who I have the same questioned this topic

When we set up our Smart Family app we erroneously set up my wife’s number to not share her location. For the past two months I have been trying to switch this so her location is shared with the family. Verizon support has yet to come up with a solution. I am not at all happy with them.  Is anyone else having a similar issue?
