I've been experiencing this issue for couple years(i get 0.4Mbps-1.1Mbps Max) i have been waiting and waiting for verizon to resolve the problem but..i am going to ask them to refund my money .

i ve been paying almost $100/month just for the 4G LTE unlimited service but I've NEVER got what i've been paying for.

if i don't get my refund , i will sue Verizon
