My wife's iPhone 11 Pro Max will not receive any verification codes of any type. For example, Venmo, Uber, Facebook, etc. She has had the phone since last September and it has never worked. We have been Verizon customers for 5+ years so it isn't a port issue. And yes, I have tried EVERY general troubleshooting fix there is - shutting it down, factory reset settings, turn off data, etc. etc. etc.
