There was a thread about this, however it was closed.  

I am experiencing the issue when logging into the Web to access my messages, they only load with phone numbers, and no contact information.  I am using Messages on my phone (Samsung Note 9 with whatever the most up-to-date software is), and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 6.  Both of those show the contact name as expected.

How do I resolve the web version only showing me phone numbers.  Also, when I search to start a new message, it appears to be defaulting to my Windows information, rather than Verizon online information.
