I have a Verizon wireless home phone. It works fine, but sometimes in the middle of a conversation the person I'm talking to can't hear me any more. Also sometimes when I get a call the person calling can't hear me. If I turn the box off and then on again everything works (for a while). I've done a factory reset and also removed the battery for an hour to do a cold restart. The problem remains.
We are both in our 70s, so if the phone fails to work when calling for help (e.g., 911) it could be bad.
Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it?
