Problems with camera on Iphone 11 Pro

Has anyone else had problems with the camera in their Iphone 11 Pro freezing up all the time? Mine has done it since I first got it. I did take it in to the store and of course I couldn't get it to do it then and the guy told me it was operator error!! So wrong. I've had Iphones for years and never had a problem before. I go to take a picture and it won't do anything at all. Zoom or wideangle or anything. It won't take the picture. If I go out and back in it usually works but sometimes I have to do it a few times. It's so annoying. I've missed some good pics because of this.
