I have an iPhone 11 and I cannot set up my personal hotspot. Other members of my family have the option of a personal hotspot, and before I got my new phone, I also had the option. I have the ‘New Unlimited Verizon Plan’ and under the information about the plan, I should be able to use a hotspot. What can I do???
