Who I have the same questioned this topic

I’m sure there’s a setting that needs to be changed but don’t know where to look. Phone works fine and apps and internet are fine on WiFi but when I’m out and want to use the internet it tells me I’m not connected to a network.

Please tell me what setting I need to change. Thanks.
