Who I have the same questioned this topic

* 8 6 and dialing my number do not activate voicemail setup. I get the message welcome to Verizon Your call cannot be completed as dialed. I am all the way to a level 3 engineering ticket now try to fix this problem been waiting 5 days for them to call me back. Just taking a shot that maybe somebody out there had the same problem and fixed it
