Why has Verizon gotten so bad at customer service?? I was told by 3 different agents that ad free was covered and then 1 agent and supervisor that said it wasn’t and refused to honor what I had been told.... I know this seems small but I have to fight with Verizon every other month on something messed up on my bill.. I’m just tired of being told 1 thing and them doing another... how do I get this fixed?? I’ve already contacted BBB
