My husband and I have been Verizon customers for a long, long time.
In the last few weeks our Verizon Cell Phone service has gone from not so good to virtually nonexistent (1 bar or less).
My cell phone and my husband's cell phone now have at most 1 bar both indoor and outdoor (anywhere outside our house).
I have called Verizon customer service several times and each time when I am called back, the phone call gets dropped.
In case of an emergency this is very much not an acceptable situation.
What has changed in our area.
Please inform us as to when Verizon will correct this problem.
