Who I have the same questioned this topic

I recently set up a Google Voice number. I can make outgoing calls from GV, but incoming calls (linked to my Verizon #) are blocked.  The following message plays

The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time, please try your call again later... Message 24 CA 02 MO

Can anyone help with this? It seems like Verizon is blocking forwarded calls to my phone.
