VZW is no longer the cream of the crop. I been on the phone for about 6 to 8 hours yesterday alone trying to get to a manager but all my calls were routed to 3rd party reps in the Phillipines and when asking for a supervisor, the reps act like they are a switchboard operator at the White House and you are asking to speak to the President of the US. They even refer to a manager as a superior. This is ridiculous. I still have not got a call from a manager in the US. I am about to write a letter to the CEO and CEO relations. If you ask the representatives for the CEO relations phone number, they do not even know what a CEO is.
