Who I have the same questioned this topic

I ordered two new Iphone 12 Pro on November 16th and the original shipping date was scheduled for before Christmas now the order says delivery date will be updated soon and has said this for a few weeks now. I would like to know when my new phones are expected to ship and why there was a delay in the delivery with no notification to me or my wife's account.
