Supposed to get free Disney & Hulu for 6 months.

Second month with Verizon; I'm billed for Disney & Hulu!

Also, I get charged for 5G. Never asked for it and my phone is Xs Max.

My phone never rings when Verizon calls back!  It rings whenever anyone else calls!

Can't get any live person over the phone.

Can't reach anyone to solve this problem.

I'm very disappointed with Verizon.
