Verizon Share Name ID Won't Update Name

The Share Name ID feature, that displays your name to people when you call them, I have changed it and updated it days ago, it said it may take up to 24 hours.
But it still display the wrong name when I call people. Even NEW numbers that do no have my contact, it is showing the previous share name ID name instead of what I changed it to.
Anyone have trouble with Share NAme ID? I also tried turning it off in the account settings, but that did not work either. It's a verizon issue.
