Video Voicemail repeatedly fails on my Note 10 +. I've called support, not luck. I've reset the phone, the app, everything I could think of.
I did see one suggestion online, which was to turn airplane mode on and off. That worked for a moment, then failed. Has not helped since.
Occasionally the app will say that it does not have access to mobile data. That makes no since because everything else DOES work on mobile data.
