Very disappointed in Verizon Wireless

I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 25 years, many years with four lines. We also have FIOS internet and tv. It's time for us to think about upgrading our phones so I went on the VW website only to find deals for new lines. I understand the need to attract new customers and am not looking for freebies, but there are no deals at all for current customers, even long-term ones like me.

We are currently month-to-month so it would be easy to switch carriers and get similar deals elsewhere. I don't want to do that and I would think VW wouldn't want us to do that. But I don't understand - I am willing to take on a two-year contract as a new customer would, so what exactly is the difference other than the new customer might jump ship again in two years but my track record indicates I would remain with VW?

To say that I'm not feeling valued by VW at this time is an understatement.
