Who I have the same questioned this topic

I applied for a teacher discount in February. I have contacted Verizon numerous times and have been given dates it would apply to my account. All of those dates were lies. I have been given numbers to call and more false promises were made. If you or someone you know who is a teacher or veteran has experienced similar problems reply to this post. We will go to the media. After the year we all have gone through this is pathetic from Verizon.
