Signal is consistently dropping from LTE to 3G or 1X

This week my LTE signal has consistently dropped from LTE to 3G/1X or nothing! It's only happening at work, but I can not maintain a signal for more than a few minutes at a time. If I toggle between airplane mode or switch it off and on, I can recover the signal for a few minutes and then it drops again.
It is happening so often that it is draining my battery! Help please!
