Who I have the same questioned this topic

I updated my Google Pixel 3 to Android 11 a few days ago, and ever since, there's an issue with my voicemail.  When someone calls me, instead of going to my voicemail greeting, the get a message saying 'Welcome to the Message Management System' and it wants them to enter my number.  Can someone help me out with this?  Thanks.
