For the past few weeks both my girlfriend and I have experienced inconsistent mobile internet connections on both 4G and 5G. Everytime I contact support, they run me through steps on my phone, which still doesn't resolve the issue. Clearly this is a network issue on Verizon's end. Just look through all the complaints on here as well as social media platforms, particularly Twitter. Customer service is non existent and I feel I should not have to pay for a service that has not been provided. I chose Verizon and stuck with Verizon for over 15 years because even though they charge more than competitors, I knew I could rely on their service. However, now I feel like I might as well save money and switch to another carrier that will have the same issues with service, but cost significantly less.
