I had great service at home for the entire time I have had Verizon, up until the outage in my area on 9/17 and ever since it has been spotty or not at all available. (Area code 35126) I would like ton continue using my Verizon device, but if this continues I will have to swap carriers, this sudden drop in service is unacceptable, so much so that I had to go to a coffee shop to try and get help from tech support, and again now.
They told me I should swap to the new 5g plan available for my device, and told me to try everything I have already tried again on my phones end. I also have a mobile hotspot device that has had zero service since the mentioned outage, so I know it is nothing to do with my device. (I have tried every troubleshooting tip they gave me and nothing made any difference)
