I recently received a text from VZW saying that I needed to update the Messaging+ product. The only place I use this product is my WIN 10 desktop. I followed the link they gave and the instructions provided only to find the app disabled on my desktop. Further research found that the app for the WIN 10 desktop has been pulled from the MS store and can't be DL'd from VZW; all you can do is launch a browser-based session. There are older version .exe's on the web, but no guarantee they will work after the cutoff date. I quit using a WINDOWS phone when that support dried up across many applications, but I can't drop my desktop and throw away my business.
When, if ever, will VZW get this cleaned up?
