Been trying to log onto Apple music for the past year but I always get that message. I've chatted with someone from Verizon on 6 different occasions and spent over 24 hours in chat and nobody can figure out this problem. I have called Apple and I've called Verizon for which why created a ticket 4 days ago and still no resolution. I am beginning to feel like these company is being employed by less than competent people and getting prepared to take my 8 year business with 3 lines and $280 a month bill over to AT&T or T-mobile.
