Who I have the same questioned this topic

Been on hold for over 20 minutes.  Frustration.  I have been with Verizon for over 15 years.  Have been shopping for a new phone for about a month and it is impossible to get a good deal.  I don't need unlimited data.   I just want a sale price on a phone.  I don't think that us unreasonable. Today I learned I could get $800 dollars toward a new i-phone with my old phone trade in but I would need to switch to an unlimited plan.  That would increase my bill $35 a month. Uhhhh, NO!!  Ready to change carriers.  You would think after being with a company for a while you could get a good deal without all the hassle.
