Mobile + Home Rewards Tied to Wrong (And Cancelled) Mobile Account. Can't Re-enroll with current account.

Hi all, 

As the tittle says my Mobile + Home Rewards is tied to the wrong mobile account. This is a mobile account that was created by error by employees at a Verizon store (It's along story) but now any time I tried to enroll in the program is says that my Fios account is already enrolled. I have tried calling FIOS but they say the can't seem to end the enrollment and to try the wireless support. Wireless support is saying the same. Is there anyone here that have dealt with something like this before, or that can help me?

It's important as I'm trying to get the $30 promotional discount on the wireless side. Thank you in advance for any help.
