Who I have the same questioned this topic

I have a S10plus through Verizon this Code does not open, when I put it in nothing happens, why do y'all have it blocked and how do I unblock it, I would like to run diagnostics on my phone, don't ask me stupid questions I'm not asking for your help on anything other than unblocking.
