I brought my iPhone from AT&T to Verizon at the end of January. I clicked on the BYOD promotion, completed my order online, and never received any information on how to redeem. I called CS this morning and received the code I never got, but since its one week past my 30 days, I am out of luck on the promo.
I never received anything on this, how do I escalate so I don't lose out on my $500.
