Who I have the same questioned this topic

I have been trying to cancel this service for days now.  I have started charts in the app, Twitter,  customer service,  Disney and to no avail.  I keep getting an error msg "we have encountered an error,  please try again later". My vzw app is up to date,  my version of my phone is up to date.  Twitter vz started they created a ticket.  Haven't heard from anyone yet.
