Who I have the same questioned this topic

Our family relies on our Verizon phones and hotspots for 100% of our Internet needs as that is the only option where we live currently. We struggle with signal strength constantly. Is there a way to at least request that another tower be put in near our location?  We don't live in the middle of nowhere either, there is plenty of population around us. Thank you. -Dave
