I'm seriously considering changing carriers. I'm literally using my work phone that is on AT&T as a hot spot just to get service on my Verizon Phone. We recently upgraded phones just to take advantage of the 5G service and it is absolutely terrible. I was standing next to someone the other day trying to send them a picture via text and I barely had a signal and they had 5g service with a different carrier. What is the deal Verizon?! Need to get what I'm paying for!
