I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max on 9/15 via Customer Service Rep and was told it would be delivered by 9/30. Now I am told it will be shipped by 9/30. It is end of day 9/30 and still no email indicating the phone has been shipped.
I called Customer Service this morning and was told the phone would be shipped today.
This is not the first issue I have had with Verizon when attempting to upgrade to a new phone.
