I’m supposed to get a $200 gift card for signing up for Whole-Home Fios Gigabit and received an email to “Redeem” the reward. Clicking on the link in the email sends me through a continuous loop. I’ve gone through My Fios app, Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari to no avail. I’ve been unable to get assistance from the chat or on the phone. After Googling the issue, it appears this is a known issue for months and someone will just respond to your post in the forum with the same canned message. It appears Verizon is doing nothing to fix the obvious issue. Why is Verizon making this so difficult? Don’t promise something you cannot deliver. Can someone please actually assist?
