Where's the award tile in the, "It's time to get your Fios Offer" e-mail I received from Verizon? Ans: Nobody knows. I spoke in chat w/agents on several occasions, not resolved, been outstanding for over a month. Today, I am told via chat to look for another e-mail in 8-10 days. Forget about speaking to CS on the phone unless you have 2+ hrs. to spare.
My deadline to redeem is closing Dec 8th. The issue of missing reward tiles seems to be impacting many users, even back in 2021. The canned Verizon response is, "Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent." Can anyone at Verizon correct this issue?
