Hello, our neighbor had FiOS installed recently. The techs had to dig through my yard to install at his home. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a dramatic upward trend in my water bill which I did not initially understand, but after this week, it became clear what happened. This week I had a leak detection company locate the leak in my water line, which as you'll see from the enclosed photos, was right where the FiOS line was input.
To have this excavated and fixed by a plumber was very expensive, and I have all the receipts. I would like for the damages caused by this installation to be paid for by Verizon.
