Lost these two channels. They used to be iffy with some days not watchable due to a large amount of pixelation. Now they are completely gone. Called technical services and got the usual series of re-boots to no effect. Is it the RF cable or the DVR box?

I don't want to spend money on a technician visit if I can avoid it
