Who I have the same questioned this topic

I signed up for Verizon through a referral link from a family member, and accoridng to the ad assigned up for an eligible double play package for extra points but I'm only seeing my initial sign up points showing up.  Can you tell me why I didn't get that bonus?  I signed up this way specifically for that bonus and I would have gone about a different deal if I had known that were the case.
