I would like my gift card now, with no more hoops to jump through or being bounced from one representative to the next. Just send me the gift card as promised! Just do what you said you'd do! My expectation is that Verizon will fix this, as reaching out to customer service has yielded a mixed bag of ineffective results. Just search this same topic ("$200 gift card") and you'll see I'm not alone. Signed up for Fios whole home gig connection SOLELY for the $200 promotion, and have saved screen shots from the original CS representative who promised I would get this with no problem. Until this past weekend, I could see I'd be eligible to get my $200 gift card from September 3 onward. Welp, as soon as September 3 rolls around, the note about the eligibility disappears entirely. No link exists. No email comes. I reach out to CS repeatedly, and am told to try again. Try from a different browser. Try to call. Try to chat with support again later. Try to call the gift card line. Etc etc etc. Clearly, those of us reading this post/topic know we're not alone in this issue. I expect and would appreciate receiving my gift card ASAP with no more nonsense or runaround from Verizon. No more nonsense. I need answers and I simply want what was promised. Come ON. Thank you.
