Not sure if there is some kind of bait and switch thing going on, but. I was browsing plans to see if I could find a cheaper Internet/Landline bundle. I don't even know how the pricing got so messed up but it now says "Your current plan $159.98/mo."
The funny thing is before the changes it said my current plan was $124.98, and the pricing in the cart said $101.98/mo. It even showed me month 1-24 would be $101.98 then month 25-36 would be $121.98. Sounds much better than my $124.98/mo right?
So I proceed with the changes, I get the confirmation page showing the same info with month 1-24 being $101.98 then month 25-36 being $121.98.
Several minutes later I get an email and now the pricing has changed and says
my monthly is $200.03! I log into my Verizon account and also notice that my “current plan” now states ”$159.98”.
How can I undo the recent changes and go back to my old bundle?
