I have underground Fios lines on my property. Someone ran over the green lid and it is broken. I have been trying since November 2022 to get it repaired. I had 2 tickets opened but each have been closed. I asked for someone to call me but no one did. This is very dangerous as the lid has a hole and someone can get hurt. I need this fixed ASAP.

How do I get this fixed?
