I am so frustrated, I was told when switching to Verizon there would be 200.00 rebate for each line, I have received rebate for 2 of 4, now getting the run around.
They keep escalating and promising to review, I literally spent 2 h ours and 17 minutes to hear we will review AGAIN, nothing we can do for the next 7-10 days. I was on the line with Rebate Supervisor who stated that their department does the reviews, but would not review it now? WHY? She could not even explain why denied in the first place, and it is her department that denied the claim!
I have been waiting months for the rebates. Makes me wonder if I have been tricked or fooled into switching.
It is so hard to get through to customers service, I do not have hour and hours each day to spend trying to get resolution.
