was promised $800 trade in for my iPhone pro max when I pre-ordered iPhone 14. When I received my new phone I was never given return box or label. I ended up calling Verizon and finally they emailed me a return label. I followed instructions and send my old phone back. Last month I received an email saying they denied the promotion. Verizon is not honoring the promotion and they are keeping my old phone. I've called Verizon several times and still no resolution. Does anybody know how to get your old phone back. I'm ready to switch carrier
