On Fe b. 8, 2023 I was notified by email "Its time to redeem your reward" for the 100.00 Verizon Gift Card.
I followed the instructions but when I click on the tile to redeem Verizon 100 gift card, I get :"Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided."
It seems this error is not unique and Verizon has issues honoring these gift card promos. I don't need the run around frustration at this point so can someone help or should I resort to someone else's suggestion, that being to:
"It would seem one state did something about it https://tinyurl.com/y3cqgv54
Contact your states attorney general and tell and tell them what Pennsylvania did."
